Pupils are encouraged to question the world around them, and to closely study the phenomena that they are introduced to throughout Key Stages 1 and 2. By the end of Year 6, pupils will have developed independence in planning, carrying out, assessing and evaluating investigations, and will be adept at handling and manipulating variables.
At St. Peter and St. Paul, we deliver a curriculum that is knowledge-rich, and centred around the development of a strong understanding of the scientific process.
We are one family who look after and help each other.
We have 5 core values: love, truth, forgiveness, giving and understanding.
Jesus wants us to love one another as he has loved us.
We can move forward more easily when we are truthful with each other.
When we forgive one another, we can renew our friendships.
We think of others without expecting something in return.
We make an effort to learn about and appreciate other people.
