Celebrating BBC micro:bit’s 10th birthday

On Tuesday 8th October, our Year 4 students joined classrooms all around the world to celebrate a massive milestone, the 10th birthday of the BBC micro:bit!

To mark a decade of this fantastic pocket-sized computer, Year 4 participated in a special global virtual code-along hosted by the Micro:bit Educational Foundation. Our young programmers put their coding skills to the test by designing their very own digital birthday candles on their micro:bit

Year 4 showed brilliant problem-solving skills and creativity throughout the event, proving themselves to be excellent future tech innovators.

Well done, Year 4!
